I live in downtown Toronto. Can anyone recommend a place where I can get the loft angles of my irons examined and adjusted?

How long does it normally take? How much will I be looking at?

Thanks...

I'm not sure about anyone down town .. but if you have a car or don't mind taking your clubs on the TTC you can connect with Fore the Golfer at yonge and steeles.

He did my all my clubs a full fitting driver - putter. Give him a PM he is on the board as Fore the Golfer or a ring at 9057092112.

Why don't you take it into the GolfTown downtown location. Not sure if they do it in-house but they can send it out if need be.

The problem is, I want to play and go to the range this week, I don't want my clube to be gone for long time. (it is a little thing, but...)

I had my lofts/lies adjusted for $3.50/club and had it done while I waited. The entire process took about 45 minutes from start to finish. I had it done in Burlington, which is nowhere near you. I think GT charges $7 per club, but I could be wrong about that.

The manufacturer should be able to do it too. They may do it no charge as well. You'll have to ship though and won't have your sticks for a little bit.

Even better. Another consideration to have it done at GT is the fact that it'll likley be easier to have them replace a club is it was broken during the adjustment. These things can happen.

What clubs are you playing? I think Ping will do this for free (if you've got Pings 'o course :) ).

Take them to GT, it wont take long at all... forged irons are easy to adjust. GT will do it for 5 bucks a club

good luck.

Hang on a sec there Bellyhungry....before you run off having your loft's adjusted without realizing the bounce on your clubs will be out of whack, why the need to have the lofts adjusted on the 804's anyway? As it is, they already play +1* stronger than most standard CB's, as most OS irons do from the majority of OEM's.

I think the question as to why you want them adjusted needs to be answered first, then we can steer you in the right direction.

I apologize to everyone for the confusion.

I meant to say lie angle, not 'loft'....

Much better :D

Lie angle can be done by anyone that knows how to fit and has a lie/loft machine.

Where are you located? You can give Jeff Shuster @ Fore The Golfer a shout and he can certainly help you out with your lie angle issues. There are many that have been to see him as of late and can attest to his knowledge and services provided. If you need more info, please feel free to PM me and I will be happy to help you :)
