This is a physical condition training made to improve your swing. It takes about 60 mins and the repetitions have been calculated for an average fit player, but, obviuously, you can adapt them to your needings.

golf is not my primary game so i wouldn't tune my muscle's primarily towards golf...but if i'm not mistaken, there is not wrong muscle training for sport of golf...

In addition in the training there are some exercises that make some effect on muscles you don't use while playing. This helps to keep your body in good balance and reduce the stress related injuries.
