Great deal on the MX-23's. I paid $800CDN on Ebay after duties/taxes/shipping, but I would've gladly paid an extra $50 just to get them from a CDN dealer.

I know what you mean. I've been scammed a few times through ebay. I'm not sure if it is worth the risk? Plus you never know what customs will do. Plus the shipping. A buddy had his clubs damaged and the seller did not accept the return because he didn't buy insurance.

I like the MX-23's it's a really good seller I've sold a few of those locally (Niagara Region)!

Do you have a store and have access to all the major brands? I'm not looking to buy anything in the immediate future, but I'll be looking for some stuff in the spring or early summer.

No I don't have a store.

I am an avid golfer who's in pursuit of the newest and greatest technology thinking it will help my helpless game (I shouldn't say that, I've actually improved and can shoot in the mid to low 80's now).

Having said that, I've purchased so many new clubs from your local pro shop, Golf Town, DiMarco's, Pro Golf etc...etc... that I couldn't bear the amount of money I've lost. Added on top of that how do you explain it to your wife?

Starting last year I came across a couple of guys in Iowa (business trip, not golf related though) that are able to attain golf clubs for a very good price and since then I've been bringing them in. I really just started in October. I can't say I can get everything (or they can get everything) but if it is a brand name they find a way to get in for me.

It started off as just a cheap way to get clubs for myself and my buddies but other guys have requested so I'm sort of doing this as a side business. The best part is to see all the new stuff that comes through it gets really tempting.

My suggestion for anyone is to demo at GolfTown and figure out what you want and then let me know what it is you want. If I can't get it, I will be honest and let you know....I can only guarantee one thing that the clubs are authentic and will be cheaper than the prices you would pay at the above mentioned places (between 20% to 40% Off).

How about an R5-N. I would take any shaft because I am going to pull it anyway.

Mikejb,

GolfTown sells it for $449 + Tax = $516.35

Give me your specs (since you don't care for the shaft, then the loft) and let me find out.
Please email me your specs.

Thanks Everyone for your support.

As of right now (02/11/05) most of the items have been sold.
The ony 2 exceptions are the
- Callaway X-18's
- RAC OS/2 Graphite

I expect a new shipment to be arriving next Monday. As of right now I don't know how much the items will be sold for because it all depends on import charges. Please continue to make your request, I was able to help several fellow golfers with clubs that were not listed on my original posting (Adams Idea set, Callaway Big Bertha '04 & Cobra Irons).

I will make a new posting next week.
