Tony: I believe that the girls at 1 over are tied at 15 according to the LPGA web site.

A girl from our club in AZ is competing. I saw her on our practice green a week or so ago and she would put a level on the green, make a bunch of notes in a little pad, put something down by the hole and then would putt and sink it.

I wanted to ask her more about what she was doing, but she was pretty into what she was doing.

A great final round -5 for Rebecca Lee-Bentham to earn her card. Low round of the day with the pressure on. Leblanc and Sherlock also in the Top 20. A good day for these young women out of the Golf Canada program.

Sorry, missed that that part in your post.

A big applause to all the Canuck girls who earned their cards, and kudos to all those who fell short - you have a lot more fans than you think.

This sounds like " Aimpoint " fundamentals. Level used to find degree of slope, she probably walked off her distance to the hole from her ball, calculated the break from her Aimpoint chart ( little pad U saw ). The marker by the hole is her calculated Aimpoint ... all she needed is to get the speed correct and Bingo ... ;)

2 Canadians Earned Priority rating #11, which is full time status.

1- Maude-Aimee Leblanc
2- Rebecca Lee Bentham

Stephanie Sherlock earned a part time card, Priority Rating #16.

Kirby Dreher and Izzy Beisiegel earned a Priority 20, which is like no card at all. They might get 1 or 2 starts, but none are guaranteed. They will probably be playing the futures tour.
