  • Sun Mountain V1 versus Clicgear 3.0

    Hey Guys,

I'm looking at getting a cart for this upcoming season but I'm torn between the two mentioned above. What would you chose? or which do you have and why did you pick IT?

    Any insight would be great.

    Thanks guys!

The 3.0 isn't out yet, so i'm not sure you'll get many reviews... I can tell you that everyone I know who owns a 2.0 loves it.

If Clicgear can improve on that, then I think your choice would be easy.

I own a CG 2.0, and have used the SM at various courses that I have visited. Both are obviously good, but I prefer the SM.

The SM just seems more solid to me, and I personally don't have the need for the folding capability of the CG.

Had a SM and have a CG. Both are very good. SM is more solid, CG folds up much smaller. The smaller size is the only reason I changed. You won't go wrong with either IMHO

You can make a net for the click gear. I need that net when its off season; especially for mits ect. As for the sunmountain I have had V1 and V2- they are not nearly as tough as a click gear.

Actually they just opened a GT here in Sudbury and they have a 3.0 1000% sure. Retails for $229 and the 2.0 is $198
