NEVER, for shipments coming into Canada.

They are the BIGGEST scammers when it comes to applying extra charges, by claiming to "broker" in the items for you.

3 class action suits against them in Canada as we speak for this, and I hope they lose millions over it, just as they've ripped off enough Canadians in doing so.

i just use my own broker...it's in their system that it defaults to my broker.

funny thing though...I think my broker charges MORE...but less "surprise" charges though when there is a problem.

i have a connection but I usually pay to have it brought over directly. Time is worth more than the brokerage/taxes.

Surprisingly, I buy from CDN sources more than ever before now.
