We currentky have 9 rounds of golf booked over 7 days, may play a bit more depending on other circumstances
Our trip is currently booked as follows:

    October 15 - Grand national - Lake
    October 16 - Grand national - links
    October 17 - Capitol Hill - Judge & Legislator

We booked the golf directly through the rtjgolf site. The 9 rounds came to a total of $735/each. We just booked cheap rooms at like a quality inn close to where we're golfing, (3 different hotels) we pre-paid to get cheaper rates at the hotels, it was $460 for the 7 nights, so $230 each.

Be sure to go to Fat Boys Barbeque in Prattville. And try to play one of the par3 courses - they are great fun.

Capitol Hill is awesome except for the one you see as you drive in (web.com site). If you miss a fairway there is a good chance you will not find your ball. Check fescue etc before you play that on. The others are great.

Can't remember where we ate, did the trail about 10 years ago. Capitol Hill and Grand National were great places. We stayed in Birmingham each night and did the long drives to the different courses.
              What's in my bag?

              Driver: Titleist 910- ProforceV2
              Irons: Titleist CB
              Wedges: Vokey Spin Milled - 50, 54, 58
              Putter: Scotty

~ 90% of putts left short of the hole won't go in ~

I hope you have a couple early tee times as the daylight is minimal at this time and getting in 9 rounds is some serious golf. I don't know if this is still true but you can only ride or carry. At one time no hand carts were allowed.

I actually went to play the Huntsville course on my way to florida one year and actually got SNOWED out. The girl at the hotel said we love Canadian but not when they bring snow....lol

                  Enjoy
