Top 3 courses for me in exactly that order when I was there last year. And Duffy's Sports Grill on Cordova a great place to hang out at night to watch the games.Originally posted by beeker View PostComment

If you like seafood, G&B Oyster Bar was really good when we were there for dinner last year around this time. I've heard the adjacent restaurant (Coconuts I think? Same owners) is also good.Comment

Just returned from Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday.
For courses, would recommend The Diplomat and Heron Bay. Would avoid Palm Aire.
The Seminole Hard Rock Casino is an interesting place for eating and entertainment. Gulfstream Park is also good, but on a smaller scale.Comment

I can say that from my experience going into Edwin Watts in Orlando, you'll find better deals at the GT demo sale. Brick and mortar golf shops in Florida (just Orlando area mind you) that I've seen were nothing special, pretty much the prices you see on their respective websites like Edwin Watts or Golfsmith.
