    Season might be done

    Well played amy best game of the year this Saturday shooting 4 over 76 with a double bogey on the final hole. My left heel had been bothering me but I kept it going and played a Parent Child Scramble tournament on Sunday with my daughter who plays once a year shooting a gross 77.
    Hobbled off the course thinking it was just fatigue.

    Woke up Monday and could barely walk so I went to the walk in clinic and then to X-ray and ultrasound.

    Possible Stress fracture or torn Achilles.
    Driver -Titleist 913 Diamana D+ 72 x5ct S shaft
    Metal woods - 13* Titleist 980F Strong 3
    Hybrid - 19 * and 21*Titleist 585H
    Irons - Titleist AP2 712 5-PW

        Bummer, I would hope for the fracture over the tear. wishing you a speedy recovery.

            That sucks, hopefully it's not as bad as you think.

              Best wishes on a speedy recovery...tore my achilles when i was 14 (lacrosse) so i feel your pain.

                              I have been playing with Plantar Fasciitis in my left heel for almost 2 mths now and is the most debilitating injury I have ever had, it's really limiting my ability to transfer weight to my left side, the most I can walk is about 9 holes then I have to take a cart, I just bought a cart plan at my club, I hate riding but I just can't walk as it's just too painful, I wouldn't wish this on anyone , good luck in your recovery, I have tried everything but the only thing that will help is time which I have and staying off my ft which won't happen, so it's a lot of pain killers....
