Haven't played it in years but I remember it being decent conditioning wise. There's a couple blind shots but I played with someone who knew the course so that was helpful.

Can't help you with recent conditions but I do remember liking the course.

They get their water from Lake Scugog and there has been a ban on water-taking because Scugog is very low. I expect they will be rather brown, but I am just guessing.

Love the Wolf.

Played 2 weeks ago. Definitely walkable. Like most courses in the GTA, the rough has browned/yellowed out a bit but the fairways and greens are in great shape.

Good people that run the place too. The deal you have is great value and definitely worth the drive. Another good value is the Underpar deal with free replay that you see from time to time.

Just one bad hole and that's #8. It's not even a dog leg. It's literally a left hand turn. Only 150 yds off the tee to the end of the fairway just to have 80-100 yards for your second shot up the hill to your left to the green.

You can see from the house behind the end of the short fairway on #8 that they literally just ran out of room and that the hole was shoehorned in. After you play it once, you get used to it but you'll probably find it a bit odd for your first time.

But the other 17 holes are a fine mix of challenging holes and still fair. It seems to be a very well liked course from all the guys I play with. Enjoy.
