Hey nuts. I just booked my Myrtle Beach trip for the spring and part of the package we are playing has Pawleys Plantation. I have never played this course before so looking for some insight as to those of you who have. What's the layout like, water, short, long?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pawleys is beautiful and an all around great course IMO. You should enjoy it"Don't cry because it's over, Smile because it happened "

Re: Myrtle beach
PAWLEYS - Played the short par 3 13th in the fog and couldn't see the green. Into the prevailing wind, airmailed everything and made double. Came around for the 17th (now downwind) and hit it stiff from 201yds with a 6 iron. Still one of the best shots I've ever hit!
Great layout - only questionable aspect is conditioning.

Re: Myrtle beach
Thanks for some of the replies guys. What am I expecting when I play the course though. Lots of water or more tree lined? Open or tight fairways?
Other courses of our package are Grand Dunes, TPC Myrtle beach, Kings North, Willbrook plantation and River Club as well as picking up a 7th round while we're down there.
