I am considering getting some lessons in the Milton/Burlington area. Wondering if anybody has had good experience without spending an arm and a leg. Let me know!

There are a lot of great instructors right here on this forum, so you're getting some good recommendations.
But one thing I found out (the hard way), is going cheap isn't going to help. I suffered through a couple of cheap instructors (with a discounted rate), but it ended up costing me 'more' with no results. The 'get what you pay for' is so true when it comes to golf lessons.
I quickly realized to stop looking at lessons as a "cost", but rather an "investment". And that new thinking paid off. As it did in business too. Some of my vendors cost more, but the results save me more – earn me more.
Ryan is a really good guy. Have never met Matt, but lots of people on here seem to be pleased with his coaching so he's certainly someone to connect with.Jeff Howe, who's also up at Hidden Lake is a solid guy too.
Corby is at Hidden lake during the golf season, so that ain't too far away I'm guessing.

go see Matt Kane. He's working at Rattle Snake in Milton this season.
after going through a rough patch last summer, I worked with matt at the dome this winter. with great results.
+1 for Jeff Howe. Started taking lessons with him at faraway greens about a month and a bit ago and have seen gains. Had a bad expirience with another guy before but Jeff has been night and day different. Always leaves you with a practice plan and spaces out the lessons to let you work on what he teaches. Rates are reasonable and has lots of different packages to choose from
