We have about a foot and a half of snow on the ground. I'm thinking nothing is open up here.

Camisle brings back memory of 15 years ago when my father-in- law, teenage son and myself played it on New Years Day. I believe we were the only ones out. It was mild, with a sporadic light drizzle and we had Spanish coffee in their barn-hut after.
3 generations having a good time is all that mattered.

            Nice story bl8d.

I believe the much maligned Anandale is open year round as well.

I dont know for sure but heard St Davids in NOTL and Bantys Roost in Brampton stay open year round. I would definitely call day of before heading out wherever you go.

Bantys does stay open but they usually only open and allow play if there's no snow on the ground. Don't think it's been warm enough for long enough to melt a lot of the snow

You folks in the "far east" will be pleased to know that all the courses here in Victoria are frozen at -1. I did manage to play Olympic View on the 31st with most greens temporary. Last year was much warmer!

My course in London (Pine Knot) might open next week depending on the weather.

This was the e mail I got yesterday:

Hello everyone, slowly but surely the snow is receding from the golf course and with warm temperatures ahead, we look to be open for play !!!!

This Weekend - The Driving Range will be open for practice.

Monday or Tuesday of next week we are expected to be open all 18 holes on the golf course. Stay tuned for further details.

I look forward to see you all on the 1st tee!
