      Has anyone played MB this year/recently? How are the bugs this time of year?

      Also 7 hours until I head up, this day can't go fast enough!!!

        Good question. It's a nice balmy 25C tomorrow for shorts but if the bugs are out in full force, I think I'd prefer wearing long pants. :P

          Played a couple weeks ago and the bugs were relentless! Hopefully, they're gone. The course is in great shape.

          I was at The Rock and Taboo on the weekend and there was still black flies and horse flies buzzing around.

          Great day to be playing. Enjoy!

                  Checklist for MB:

                  Pants for the first round, then we'll see.

                  Got a new can of deep woods off.

                  Got 2 dozen cheap balls from Costco last night. I have a history of loss at this course. Hope that's enough.

                  Tinfoil hat, packed and ready.

                  Bright-coloured sox. (Optional).
                  "Confusion" will be my epitaph

                              Thanks! I might need it. I hear government microwaves are at an all time high in Gravenhurst these days.

                                I'm ready to go - picked up a large bottle of extra strength Robaxacet and some Voltaren Gel for the ol back - swung the club this morning and I can turn now

                                I have some US Military Grade bug repellent cream I am going to bring along just in case the deet is not strong enough - extremely strong stuff

                                Greg (synergy) and I will be arriving around 9am - gonna grab some breakfast on the patio and then will start hitting some balls...

                                Really looking forward to playing and putting some faces to some names!!!
