As long as they can put a full swing on the ball without having something revealed or end up on TMZ...than I'm ok with it.

I watch some LPGA, mostly because it is golf on tv, and I do like to watch golf on tv.

I will say that I was riveted by Lorena O and her smoothness in a recent broadcast.

I will also admit that I was very interested to see Paula Creamer when she was on screen.

Though the pics in this thread do show some revealing outfits, I would say that most were wearing more, not less.

and i'm a big fan of the fitted-shirt in the LPGA that exposes ample midriff on the follow throw after a well struck ball.

I'm pretty sure it's not a concern on TGN, but what do you guys think?
You guys do realize the top two photos are simply shorts with a skirt around it. Maybe a female on this board can explain it. Some people think they are wearing a mini skirt with nothing underneath. That is not the case.

I've got two daughters - I know what a skort is.

I'm still trying to invent a chastity belt to fit inside a pair

I gave up on the chastity belt back in the 80's when my daughter went on a date in a skort. Teenage girls are very good lock-pickers!

As one poster mentioned, European and Asian countries are a bit more "liberal" in their thinking with regards to what's tasteful and what's not. That's one reason why the Williams girls were allowed to play in their "suggestive" outfits in the Australian Open. However, their outfits would not be allowed in either Wimbleton or the US Open. I remember one player being sanctioned for not wearing a predominantly white outfit at Wimbleton once.

As for the original question, I really doubt that it's the LPGA that's telling these ladies to wear less material in their golfing attire. As long as it's "tasteful" (no excessive cleavage or exposed thongs or possible "wardrobe malfunctions), I don't think the LPGA will say much about what they wear.

Personally, I've always been a "leg man" anyway!

Instead of a padlock, try twisting the tynes of a fork in the hinge. Teenage girls don't touch dirty dishes!!

Is Natalie trying to push LPGA ratings up or her own endorsement deals ... my guess is her own endorsement deals. You can't blame her with a bod like that.

I dont know but are womens fashions in general going short again or is the LPGA just tarting things up to win the male audience which they will do in spades.

All because of Tiger. They want to attract Tiger to the LPGA tour.

There is something said about maintaining the V for putting. I say targeting the V when teeing up.

I'm just disappointed that there weren't as many "examples" in this thread like the Olympic one...

The LPGA under their new logo above is making some policy changes for their tours betterment.

1-their new marketing strategy will be to think "inside the box" rather outside of it.

2-They will be changing their name to the LPGGA-Ladies professional golf & groin association

3-they will be offering Tiger Woods the final and ultimate rehab for his problem, all expenses paid-a sex change.
With this will come a lifetime membership to the LPGGA tour .The shortness of Tigers skirts will depend on the success of the operation.

Fanatstic ahead of the curve thinking LPGA...uhh LPGGA.
