Any recommendations on a good durable golf glove. Bought a two pack of Callaway gloves at the beginning of the year and the two have both ripped before I have gotten 15 rounds in. Not very happy about it.

Fix your grip as #1 issue. Second would be either a FJ Weathersof as it has a padded heel part (if that is your issues vs. thumb). Third would be the Hirzl's, I have 2 and actually really like them. Not as good a feel as leather, but vs. good if you have sweaty hands and in the summer and even into wet weather.

^ could be your grip that prematurely wears them as well as what type of grips you have. I prefer the tour models that are all AAA cabretta leather. I Currently Callaway glove is on its last legs through 12 rounds. No holes or slickness... just thinning in one area. I prefer feel over durability.

They both ripped along my top hand thumb line and between the fingers when pulling off to putt. I've never had a glove fall apart so quickly. Thanks for the recommendations!

Can always try and take back to the retailer and have the gloves sent back if they both have the same issue and don't look beat to crap. Could be a bad batch if the seems are the issue.

Anyone else notice that the good sticks always wear this glove:

I buy the Costco Callaway gloves all the time and find them very durable. I haven't bought any this year though, so maybe they have changed?

Return them. Costco will more than likely do it.

Tried them all and Hirzl gloves made from tanned kangaroo hide were by far the best as far as durability is concerned -- golf town sold them until about 18 months ago --- little more expensive at 34 taxes in

Some GT's still have the Hirzl glove. Queensway I believe still has them

Must be a bad batch from Costco on the Calloway gloves. I have had two split at the seams this spring.

I bought one of these a while back and they ripped halfway through the first round and I'm not hard on my gloves. My glove usually lasts 2 seasons easily. Only reason I retire them to the range bag is 'cause they get too dirty.

I moved from the FJ Sciflex to the Weathersoft last year and have been really happy with the durability. Feel is fine and they're much cheaper. Can usually get 2 packs for around $25-$30.

                          Another fan of the WeatherSof.

                          Cheap and durable.

The feel is fine. I think anyone who thinks that a glove with more feel than these will shave more than .01 strokes per round is dreaming.

Plus I don't need to keep an separate wet weather glove in the bag for soggy rounds.

By far the Zero Friction compression glove is the most durable glove I have ever purchased. You can get them at sport check for $12 or $15 and 50% off the second one.
