    If building a set then shaft flex vs length is always a consideration. The correct flex for that individual will be determined through the fitting.

    The grip gets built up if needed. Often on a retrofit you are not removing a large amount of the length and the grip portion remains very similar to what it was. If using steel - with steps - then I often build up the steps so the lower hand grip does not feel too small.
