2017 Bucket List

    2017 Bucket List

    As the season approaches, I decided to write down the courses I am determined to get out and play this year. Some are holdovers from last year, some are new additions. Not included are the ones I have played before, and most definitely will play again (I'm looking at you here Osprey Valley/Mystic/Grand Niagara)

    Would love to hear your thoughts on the list, and some courses you nuts are determined to see for the first time this year.

    In no particular order

    -Bigwin
    - Eagle's Nest
    - Ridge @ Manitou (already have the UP deal for this one)
    - Cobble Beach
    - Copper Creek
    - Tarandowah
    - Kawartha GC
    - Black Bear Ridge
    - Lora Bay
    - The Rock (Also have this UP deal)
    - Muskoka Bay (Hoping I can pull the trigger on the TGN day)

    From your list the highest on my list would be Eagle's Nest. I love links courses and Turnberry is kept in great shape and run wonderfully (with the exception of one pro shop guy who rubbed me the wrong way).
    I have played Cobble Beach but only for my birthday round before May 15. I would love to play it when the weather is nicer and the grass more alive. The root mat is amazing-like walking on a spunge.
    I have played Muskoka 2x and absolutely LOVE the course. SIGN UP NOW if you can get out that day. Hannah has gotten a great price and it is great fun meeting and play with fellow TGNers.
    Tarandowah imo wasn't anything special but have only played it once and would like to try it again to see if I missed something. Many on the forum rave about it.

    New to me this year that I am very excited about would be
    Seguin Valley (underpar)
    Ridge at Manitou (underpar)
    Osprey (all day pre-purchased deal)
    Copper Creek (package)
    I send pictures ~ through the mail ~ of buried treasures ~ and Humpback whales ~to famous people ~ I do not know ~ I sign "Sincerely, ~ Matthias Doe" ~ I await ~ their response...

      Maybe Majestic at Lake Walden in Michigan.

                    If so I would love to play it. about 2 min from my inlaws place.

                              I think a better look at 2016 thread. Unfortunately not much different

                              Knocked off a couple but, that is it. No trip last year for first time in forever.

                              Only early discussions for travel now.

                              Who knows. Still want to get to 50% of score top list. Getting within reaching distance now.
