I played in late May, greens were a little bumpy but other than that course was in good shape. It's a fun track, definitely have to hit it straight. First hole, lay up left of the rocks, it's tempting to try and carry them but not worth it as you can still get home in 2 with a hybrid/fwy wood off the tee.
as a member I can tell you very few walk and there is very little of the green fee rate,
course is in very good shape greens are cut and rolled every day, beware the downhill puts
greens were rolling really well this week, look closely at the landing areas of the tee, there is more room than appears
I almost always walked it, but as mentioned earlier, we were in the minority. If you're used to walking and can handle a few elevation changes, you'll be fine. Great course - you'll have fun!
18th - all I had to do was 2 putt for a 79....and 3 putts later ...
I really enjoyed the course. I walked it, wasn't too bad to be honest. There was nothing knocked off the rate for walking but I was given a couple free logo balls.
The included range bucket was the smallest I have ever seen and the grass tee area was closed. I hate hitting off mats.
I really enjoyed the couple of risk reward holes. This is a course I would play again.
The basic GPS in the cart was helpful as well as the hole guide on the website. This is a course you need this info for.

How were the conditions, thinking of driving down in a few weeks to drop Hannah off in Kingston for the day and I might slip over and play a round, love the track

Some tee boxes where a little long and beat up but other than that for the price it was pretty good.
Glad OP enjoyed it. One of my favourites. Conditioning sometimes was not the best, i.e. tee blocks, but the layout and the overall experience more than make up for it. Our Myrtle gang plays in Kingston each August for a weekend and it's the one course that is never out of the rota.
