the worse fitting ever...

I guess the hype doesn't match the reality!
very disappointed with the service, or lack of, and the quality of the build was sub par. Felt like I was being treated as a second class player. Yeah I know i'm a 20 handicap, but that doesn't mean you rush through the fitting session, and don't complete the process.
As for the build, lets just say that my built clubs from OEM had better specs!
what a waste of my money and to think I was willing to shell out even more money.

Did the 'Gold Standard' by which others are judged, just get downgraded?

How bad were the build tolerances, and did they ream the hosels, as others claim is always done?

You sir ,should have dealt with this issue in person at the time of the occurrence instead of posting on a local forum against a sponsor.
Nobody can make it right if they don't know you have a problem.
Simple.

Good morning all,

I see that the 'knifes' are out already...
the original post was; as stated a " rant", a way for me to vent some frustration, it was not meant to embarrass the vendor (possible sponsor) into action, wasn't even aware of vendor being a sponsor of this website now.
Also the issue is in the process of being negotiated and resolved, which implies just that, action was taken by myself to resolve the matter. You can choose to believe that or not. If matter is not resolved to my satisfaction then, maybe further info will be pending and if matter is resolved to my satisfaction further info will definitely be provided, because I believe in providing positive feedback.

It should be noted fellas. I went to the vendor only after reading all your positive reviews of the process...gotta love the optimistic support now...
