  • Happy Feet

Rounds of 18 two days in a row and no foot pain. Happy, happy, happy!

After 3 years I think I've finally gotten rid of my bursitis. Things I've learned.

    1. Take time off to let your heels heal stoopid. No winter practice last year was a big help.

    2. Orthotics can cause as well as resolve problems. I can't wear my orthotics full time or I end up with plantar fasciitis. They don't flex enough for my foot. I wear them for golf only now and that seems to work for me.

    3. Happy feet does not = better swing, but at least I can enjoy the walk if I care to.
