Have an off day today; went to Oakville Family Golf today to hit some balls around noon. After 6 months layoff, it is starting to come back.

Overheard a few people talking about TGN. Not sure who they were.

Driving by today, I see that the driving range at White Oaks Golf Club (Oakville, Dundas St west of Hwy 403) is apparently now open.

Wedgewood Golf Centre in Burlington on Hwy 6 N. of 403 is open.

Thanks I'll have to check it out if the weather holds out this week.

For the last few years, they open mat first, and wait probably 3 weeks or so of warm weather before opening the grass deck.

If you happen to swing by, let us know if that's still the case.

Will do. I expect mats only at most places this time of year anyways so I don't mind that. I usually go to the range on Major Mac east of McCowan to hit off the grass, but I doubt that place is open yet.

Which of these ranges that are open have covered and heated space? I need to get out this weekend or I'll go golf-stir crazy but I also don't want to die of exposure.

Hmm Launch.

The nice thing about Launch is......it's heated.

The not so nice thing about Launch is.....the balls are so old the feathers are starting to come out.
