I use the hybrids. To me they are the best in the business for hybrids.

Hoping for something new soon.

I still have the DY 18 and 21.

The brand is completely dead. A real shame. All the Adams we get on trade this year we are probably going to donate to the special olympics. It has $0 resale value

@Sportsyard: If you happen to get any XTD Ti clubs with stiff or x- stiff shafts in, I'll help you out and give you some $$$ for them!

  • Driver & Fairway – .320” Tip (vs .350” in “other products”)
  • Hybrids - .335” Tip (vs .370” in “other products”)
  • Irons - .350” Tip (vs .370” in “other products”)

BTW some clubmakers claim that a .355 taper tip will launch the ball higher than a .370 parallel tip. On the old True Temper FAQ they claimed it did not make a difference. I know your take about frequency matched but I'd be curious to know what you and others think.

Shame about the brand's market value.
A friend, bought a complete Adam hybrid set 2 years ago, and though he played well with them he kept an eye out for other graphite shafted clubs in his flex. He's got a birthday coming up in Oct. so I passed him a complete graphite set, 3-L, of Callaway X-14 sitting idle in my basement.

Heading to Old Pro this Sunday.

Broke 80 back to back rounds this week with a set of Adams XTD Forged with C Taper.

Thank you TMAGarb for making these amazing irons available to me cheap cheap and of course for the SLDR430 one of the best drivers for me!

Currently playing CMBs. Back-up set CB2s. Played 9 holes with my son last year (he is not a golfer). 3 holes in with the CB2s he said "these irons are really nice". So there you go.

LOL - Ping for life! I hope to be buried with my i25's

2 perceptives: not great from a retailer's; and great from a consumer's.

The goods are good, just like Wilson's, but you need to move beyond what joe public thinks. Trust the tools and not the name on them.
