Can one go to hit balls on a municipal course after it has closed for the season? I'm assuming since it's public property, people can use it to go for walks. What about just hitting some balls? Anybody do/done this?

agreed. you can't hit balls in a park which is essentially what muni courses turn into when they're closed. plus the possibility of damaging winter turf...What's in the Sunmountain 4.5?

Just because its "public property" does not mean it is unlimited public access. After all military bases are public property, but I don't think you can just wander in especially on the rifle ranges

I have seen public walking into DV few times. Most of the time they came in behind where the pond at #3 is now. Told the marshall every time and he asked them to leave for their own safety.Comment
