Golf Shaft Reading - Newb Question

I have a TM R9 with a Fubuki Flex X shaft. There are also the numbers "63 x5ct" on it - what do those mean? I am guessing 63 is grams for weight of the shaft, but what about the x5ct? Thanks for the help in advance!

Just out of curiosity, what were you trying to accomplish with the low loft and/or heavier shaft?
