    Per the link above:

Some shafts have tip or butt weight balance point that can not be applied to these rules.

    1/2" = 3 swing weight points

2 gr club head weight = 1 swing weight point

5 gr grip = 1 swing weight point

9 gr shaft weight differences = 1 swing weight point

4* flatter lie or more up right lie = increase or decrease 1 swing weight point
I know this is general and really depends on shaft characteristics. This is why I'm wondering how the 22g in added shaft weight = +10SW point. Is it possible that all 22g be below the balance point of NV green to achieve +10SW points?

Meaning that all he does is build clubs. As stated above there are many variables to consider.

I misinterpreted some data I was given. Each 9-10 grams of shaft weight will add one swing weight.

Thanks for clarifying! A significant difference between head weight and shaft weight impacts - the head is further from the balance point, so weight there is more significant. It's all based on the amount of mass (weight) and the distance that mass is from the balance point. Like a teeter-totter.
