Custom Putter Work Needed

Hey everyone

I want some custom putter work done on a couple of Scotty Camerons I have. Specifically, I want to turn a specific head into an arm lock....so I need a new shaft installed.

Can anyone suggest someone that can do the work?

I worked with Dan Connolly on mine....True Length Technology - Dan's Custom Golf Shop.

It was a learning experience for both of us.

It's so much more than just sticking a longer shaft into an existing head. Loft, lie and length need to be worked out based on your body dimensions and set up position.

Also, the putter head should be heavy to begin with, approaching 400 grams at least, to offset the greater weight of the longer shaft and grip.

Customizing for an arm lock putter is the way to go on this - so you are doing the right thing.

Once you get it sorted out though....you will love it.

It's a 350 gram head.... and yes.... It's definitely going to be a process. Really appreciate the referral. I will give him a shout.

Best bet is to go to SC hands down the best work but they are expensive

They were my first choice but would not do the work I wanted.
