It's a fun quirky very short course that still makes you think about your shots.
We always carry 3 clubs and 3 balls, no bag. The longest holes are 130 and 142 yds, so it's a putter, wedge and a club to get to 142.
Dress code is very casual, although Daisy Dukes and 'beaters seem to be preferred.
It's good to be prepared: Greens are slow and shaggy, conditions can be "mixed" at best, there's no starter (no staff at all, just show up, put your cash in the lockbox and go when the 1st tee is clear). It's still lots of fun.
Rates have skyrocketed last year: $8 for 18. This is in part to cover the cost of all the new artificial tee decks. These were needed, it was often hard to find any grass on the old ones.
