Very interesting list here.
Id agree with a few such as Eagles Nest, fairways are generous but they roll well and as stated sometimes ball barely rolls into fescue and poof.
Osprey ditto above.
As for other. Redcrest has massive fairways. Yah water on right but u can aim left for miles if you wanted. As a drawer/hooker i disagree but even when i had a slice its easy if you play for it.
Pines of georgina i disagree. Quite a few holes you can spray it easily.
Want to guarantee you lose a few come to national pines. Unless youre playing well youre guaranteed to lose half a dozen. Cant miss left or right on any holes. All par 3s you cant be short as its water (except 17) but long is guaranteed a penalty too.

Oh, and #10 at Carrying Place, I've never seen so many balls in the water in my life.
Lionhead Legends was always a ball eater.
Deerhurst Highlands when it first opened when the rough was much higher. They trimmed down much of it, probably to assist the pace of play.

Oak Bay GC. There's just zero margin for error on most of the holes. Watched my playing partner lose his mind and more than a dozen balls in a round last summer. May or may not have been aided by a massive hangover,We may not be good but at least we'll be slow - PB
