I wonder if these early season offers are just to help get the word out that they're still there but under a new name. They likely didn't get any customer data from Deer Creek so can't just send out emails to people on a mailing list. The Glen Cedars name was well recognized with area golfers so maybe they wouldn't need to put out any offers w/out the name change.

Advertised as $14 ( ~ 20%) off regular rates.
It's not a screaming deal but there aren't many decent GTA courses that you can play and ride for that amount.
The early season restriction is a bit of a downer however as conditions aren't going to be at peak"Don't cry because it's over, Smile because it happened "

That's why it's par deal. I would say the weekend restriction is more of a downer after 2pm. Week day rates are usually cheaper at courses in most cases, and if a course has spring pricing the gap is even smaller.

This is last year's price; don't think they will be coming down this year LOL.
Over $100.00 weekdays with cart and taxes even seniors around $100.00 and it is not a better course than Glen Cedars AKA Pickering Glen IMO.

Since you think it’s a birdie deal how
many did you buy?
i didn’t buy any because i doubt i’ll be playing there before june 7th.
i usually play glen cedars 5 x a year usually
on a monday and walking. Looking at my credit card statement from 2022 it was cheaper than 72 dollars and when i cash in my deer creek points sometimes in the 40 dollar range.
But that’s last year prices and under the deer creek banner. Who knows what their rack rates are. Hopefully they get around to publishing a website soon.
also i could cherry pick courses like Braeben to
justify my argument if you want to opine on price alone. Except i mainly devalue this deal based on the restrictions.

I picked up mine at the Golf Show 4 riding before May 31 for $240.00+HST
That was based on assuming we will get a very early start, maybe I'll be proved wrong.
Towards the end of the show they had a lot of extras so I grabbed a few for some other golfers.
I guess you'll say that's a Double Bogey Deal. LOLResolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant with the weak and wrong, because sometime in your life, you will have been all of these. Dr. Robert H. Goddard

Fix that chip on your shoulder bud, I never said it was a double bogie deal from the getgo.
You seem to make issues over nothing.
