The first week of April looks decent, so I'd be very surprised if courses aren't open for Easter, and certainly the weekend of the 15th.
Mid April is A safe bet.....althoughI wouldn't put much faith into weather prognostications, they can't correctly predict the weather 2 days from now, let alone 30

At least this year, the annual "when will the golf courses open" dance thread will not be side tracked by discussion of possible Covid delays or interruptions.
Fortunately there are no rules limiting the number of golf balls you can carry during a match!
We still have quite a bit of snow on the ground and the forecast is for several cm more today
As do we.
typically public courses South of the 407 get going first 2 weeks of April, could take a week or 2 longer for those in York and up to your way. Most private courses open in May

In February, I played Queenston/St. David's in Niagara and Chedoke Martin in Hamilton. Queenston/St. David's looks like it will be open this week and weekend (booking opened on their website). Not sure about Chedoke but I would guess that it would be.
