  • Snell Pre-Order for New MTB-X Balls

I ordered these balls back in February and told shipping in April. Anyone else have them on order? Has anyone received them yet?

Talk about timing, just got the shipping notice on email. I look forward to trying them.

I'm interested in the MTB-X as well so post some reviews/thoughts if you can. But I'll probably buy a sample pack.

Got mine last week. Took about 10 days total. Iíve played the MTB Black for the last year. The X has some noticeable differences.

        - itís long. It cuts through the wind pretty well which helps a lot.
        - itís a bit clicky. Itís an aesthetic thing but something to be aware of.
        - spin around the greens is good. They bit hard. Hard to judge this time of year because the ground is so soft.

Gotta say i quite like supporting companies like Snell. Iíd rather buy these over Pro Vís. And the price works.

Thanks for the feedback. I am waiting for some decent weather before putting them through the paces. I really do hope they can perform equal to Pro V1x, it would be some nice savings $$!

Just tried them yesterday. They do feel firm, durable cover and spins well. I look forward to trying them in more warmer, dryer conditions.

I have played a few sleeves of balls now. They are competent balls with a durable urethane cover and would give them a close rating to the ProV1x. I am convinced enough that I will be gaming them for rest of season.
