Can anybody explain Appendix "A", in regard to retail?
Appendix A is a list of all regions in Southern Ontario
The official document states the following:

Where, and how long, are the provincewide shutdown restrictions in effect?

The restrictions are in effect for all of Ontario from Saturday, December 26, 2020 to Saturday, January 9, 2021.

The restrictions would remain in effect from Saturday, January 9, 2021 to Saturday, January 23, 2021 for all 27 public health unit regions in Southern Ontario (refer to Appendix A).

It should've happened by now at the latest. That sale window is getting smaller since spring is coming and GT would never do a sale like that in the high season.
