Not surprised by the reviews. Incremental improvement as we've seen with the continued saturation of new driver introductions.
It's basically like a computer these days. Need a new one every five years-ish and when you do, get the most up to date you can. And if you want to save a few bucks, go back one gen, but no more than that.

I would be concerned with the longevity of the face. The carbon itself is just a fabric. The real advancement is in the epoxy resin used. Typically applications of any carbon fiber molded product does not not include repeated impacts. They will probably see delamination issues after some time....Comment
