Happened to me at Richmond Hill GC, hit a perfect fade drive on the dogleg left first hole.
We were paired up with a single who commented on what a great drive I hit.
Then proceeded to bounce my approach off the net that is the back side of the practice range.
He looked absolutely shocked as he watched it.
Anyways, one of my playing partners was a girl whose boyfriend was a CPGA pro.
He came to pick her up after and asked me how I played.
Told him what happened and he said, grab a bucket and meet me on the range.
Hit two or three balls and he identified the issue right away.
Booked a lesson or two and the problem was gone.
So my advice is go see a pro if the problem persists, you may not be working on the right solution.
My buddies had lots of suggestions but they were all wrong.

Got me to keep my weight more in the middle of my feet.
