Tom, it certainly was. Too spectacular to concentrate, hence my score of 89.

Very nice. Jealous. You look nothing like your avatar.

Fortunately there are no rules limiting the number of golf balls you can carry during a match!

The day was low 50s to 60 degrees with one short rain sprinkle. The greens ran 12-12.5 and the course was immaculate.

I read today they have live cams on a few holes. Too bad we all didn’t know that a few days ago when you were there!

Great pics and glad you had a wonderful time....you also lucked out on the weather...I played Harding & Presidio in Aug in 2008 and froze on the entire front 9....teeing off at 8am.
I was at PB in 2004 but didn't play and walked 17 & 18 and walked over to get a pic (just like Jack) sitting on the fence near the 18th tee sign.

12-12.5 is STUPID fast for March and for a course with so much play right on the water...no wonder you didn't sink anything.

Due to the cool weather, I played at 10:30. It took five hours which is typical for PB.

Great pics, looks like a great trip, and for sure... great timing.

Just curious, did the 5 hours feel long?

IMO, there are a handful of courses around the world like Pebble. So I'd be perfectly happy to spend an extra hour on the course, vs.... anywhere else that day. You'd have to be living a pretty awesome life if you had a better place to spend that hour.

Five hours was not long enough but I had to get back to Santa Cruz as we were leaving to return to Sacramento the next morning, then flying back on Friday.
