  • What are the yardage books rules?

I have a Decade yardage book that's conforming to size and scale. It's a digital PDF that I print off.

Can I annotate the PDF and enter my own notes?

What about other info (green breaks, green speeds, lines, targets, etc.)? Can this be typed/photoshopped or does it have to be handwritten?

You can read about it at the link below. Note that it is a Model Local Rule that can be implemented by the Committee in charge of the competition; it is not in effect for play unless implemented by the Committee. Note that it is intended for use at the highest levels of golf. I doubt that any amateur Committee (other than maybe USGA and R&A) will implement this local Rule.
