I just had a very good experience with an EBay golf shaft vendor from Florida. On the morning of the 15th I puchased a Graffaloy Blue Prolaunch 45 senior graphite shaft. It arrived today (less than 3 days after I bought it!) as advertised. With the new grip that GolfTown put on it less than an hour ago, I'll be testing out the "old guy" graphite tomorrow morning. Can't wait. Excellent and timely service is not dead. This isn't a dress rehearsal. Enjoy yourself. There's no do-over.

On the other end add the OPP. Called in a suspected drunk driver this evening. Because we were approaching Brooklin the dispatcher told me to call Durham Police. I’d already given her the car make, colour and plate. By the time she gave me the phone number I couldn’t remember the license plate. Durham Police line is even more useless than that.

I've always been greeted with gratitude.
Last summer I had to call YRP to report that a van stopped and stole my lawnmower from my neighbours front lawn as I had briefly stepped to the back. The dispatcher was more than helpful.
I work at a car dealership in the winter and we service OPP and YRP. When we are moving the vehicles the radios are on and these folks are bombarded with calls like this.
you did the responsible thing so hope it doesn't deter you.
as for CS in general, I am finding businesses to be quite helpful and CS focussed. I know that with both my summer and winter gigs and being the first person to interact with customers as they arrive to the businesses , management takes great care to ensure that we are warm, welcoming and helpful.Last edited by Weirfan; May 20, 2023, 08:01 AM."Don't cry because it's over, Smile because it happened "
