      Trump complains that he's constantly denigrated by a biased press. His daily displays of stupidity, of which this is simply one more example, are sufficient in and of themselves to sink his own ship of state.

It’s very important to talk about corruption. If you don’t talk about corruption, why would you give money to a country that you think is corrupt?”Trump’s admission is a massive upping of the stakes of a deeply controversial saga surrounding his presidency. In the past week, news reports have revealed that in a recent phone call, Trump pressed the new Ukrainian leader, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, to investigate whether Joe Biden intervened on his son’s behalf to fire a prosecutor who was allegedly being harmful to his business interests. News reports have shown that Biden did not play such a role. Trump, nevertheless, has insisted that there is more to the story. And, behind the scenes, he and his top adviser, Rudy Giuliani, have encouraged the new Ukraine leadership to keep digging into the allegation. Questions have surrounded whether the president sat for months on the security aid—which has been given annually since the Russian invasion of Crimea—in order to compel Zelenskyy to act.On Monday, Trump admitted he had done just that.                   Nah. There is some science involved in the lg Nobels. Trump could never qualify.

                    Oh no, maybe Trump will have the intelligence community launch a massive counterintelligence investigation into Joe Biden, get FISA surveillance warrants based on an RNC funded dossier, authored by somebody desperate to stop Joe Biden from becoming President and run spies into his campaign.

                          in order for this to be equivalent, Obama would have had to launch the investigation. He did not, multiple reports show him loath to get involved in the election in any way. The letter request to Mitch before the election is one example. The intelligence community lead the argument for investigations, not the president. I doubt very much the FBI or CIA are interested in either Biden.
