I doubt the raps can land Harden. Not sure he is a good fit either. He needs a lot of touches, even more than Kawhi.

If they get Harden - Raps would need to run two offences - one for when he’s doing his one man show and a second for when he’s on the bench. Great individual player but not an easy fit.

I think far and away the #1 question is what happens w. Masai.

I do not see the Raptors contending for a title this year but I do see them being a playoff team. Second round, maybe East finals if things break their way.

Next year is the year that the Raptors should go for it, which I would trust Masai can position the Raptors for so long as he is allowed to by ownership. If ownership gives any sign they will not let Masai work unfettered I expect he is gone and the reputation of the Raptors takes a multi year hit before it recovers (as does their hopes of playing for a title anytime soon)

They were impressive tonight. Everybody played well and man the shooting . . . wow. Paul Watson and Malachi Flynn were very good. I wonder if Flynn might snuck up in top 10 . . . OG, Pascal, Thomas, Flynn, Davis, CB . . . excellent. They played 17 players tonight (they all scored) and 12 played more than 10 minutes. Watanabe was OK for the 1st time. It was fun for the 1st time out . . . Now Monday . . .

Well said . . . as for Len they know what they have. Don't sleep on him, he is pretty good. Len, Baynes and CB . . . we will be OK.

Yep. Good chance Ujiri won't re-up with the Raps now. Not sure where Raps go from here. Hopefully, Spicy P, OGOMy and FVV can continue to grow into their roles.

Its always been a long shot that Raps can get Giannis. Looking at their history, Kawhi was the only superstar that came here, and even then, it was a one year rental.

As we have seen lately, player empowerment means that a long term commitment is only as long as they like it. I say no way to Harden, not a guy that fits the team or philosophy. So much money would need to go out to balance the payroll it would be a disaster.
