This is how Doug Ford described listening to Andrea Horwath today. Have to admit, it's about time someone called her on her constant complaining. Along with the fact that she's a perennial loser. Should have been ousted a long time ago.

I'm sorry but I do have to agree with him. She takes "the opposition" to far. She opposes everything!!! First the lockdown wasn't good, now we are coming out of lockdown to fast. She is never happy and her constant whining drives me nuts. Never has a solution only complains.

He can tell her directly that she constantly complains by saying exactly that, but the phrase he used is now the focus, so its actually backfiring against him. Not smart.

Good thing doogie has been such an A1 premier and looking out 'for the people's and not a complete failure.

Not sure the need to start a threat about this (but no surprise given the op) when we have a doogie thread already... or is it because as usual all the doogie thread is about him being doogie...

Personally, listening to him go on about anything is basically the same thing.

I laughed when I heard his comment. Absolutely priceless and so true. It had nothing to do with being sexist. It’s hilarious.
Andrea’s best before date was a long time ago,

“Fact she is a Perennial loser?”-been in politics since elected in 1997. Seems she has won a few elections.
This is Canadian politics. What is the difference between her and the constant complaining of the federal opposition?

In today’s public/forum court might not have been the best wording but it is time for her to retire gracefully, as said before, past her “best before date”.

I loved his comment! Horwath deserved it. Way to go Doug!

I’m not a fan of hers for sure. Doug chose his words poorly but I felt he meant that she’s just constantly contrary which I kind of agree with. Definitely don’t think she had a well thought out plan last election.

The difference is, the complaints about Trudeau's incompetence are valid. As for Horwath, she's led the provincial NDP for over 10 years, never winning an election. Becoming the official opposition under her leadership were simply anti-liberal sentiment votes. The mistake she keeps making is politicizing the pandemic. The last year has been a time for unity. All parties should be working together on this. Horwath continues to show that she's not interested in that.

Absolutely nothing. Unfortunately this is the state of politics and all opposition parties sound pretty much the same.

Howarth lost me when she forced an election when she her party held the balance of power over a Liberal minority government.

David Lewis and now Jagmeet Singh have demonstrated that the NDP has the most influence when they are supporting a minority government.

Not only did Howarth lose out in the following election but she could not capitalize in the next election when her opposition was a largely reviled Wynne and a failed mayoral candidate in Doug Ford.

In your opinion, Trudeau has been incompetent, that doesn’t make it fact. Just like you saying she is a perennial loser doesn’t make it fact.
The complaints about Ford are valid, you just don’t agree.
So, “should all parties be working together on this”, or is it okay to criticize where you see fit?
The federal opposition isn’t politicizing the pandemic?
Seems you would rather have those you oppose be criticized and those you support be left alone?
All parties should be working together on this, unless it’s the federal opposition?

Actually, since the NDP has never won under her leadership, that makes her a perennial loser. That would be a fact, and not simply my opinion. You can look it up for yourself if you like.
