Amazing new possibilities, hopefully this is not in vain.

So if you are a Muslim or Jewish, would this be considered a no-no?

I'll have to ask my Rabbi

        Animal Farm predicted this!

The animals looked from Man to pig and pig to man but could not see a difference.

                Read the link fully:

Although Jewish law forbids Jews from raising or eating pigs, receiving a pig heart is "not in any way a violation of the Jewish dietary laws", says Dr Moshe Freedman, a senior London rabbi who sits on the UK Health Department's Moral and Ethical Advisory Group (MEAG).

I'm sure he will pig-out on it occasionally.

This tred got me thinking about this song from the 80's.

A pig's heart these days are hard to find

Thanks! There's nothing worse than getting a song stuck in your head.

Let me repay you by leaving a few words...

                      "Come on Eileen"

                      "My Boy Lollipop"

Hope it’s not an issue - they’ve been using pigs valves in surgeries for years already

Sorry that was made in jest.
Actually been discussing this with my cardiologist for a couple of years now.
Covid has put a hold on any progress past talking.
The surgery can be similar to stent surgery which I had 10 years ago. Valves can be bio, pig the animal of choice or mechanical which last for your life time, but require blood thinners, which pig valves do not require, but they may require replacing depending on how long you survive.

No need to apologize - we’ve been raising pigs for food consumption for ages - this is the next logical step - peeps just gotta get past the ethics of it all
