Chelsea having spent over £1 billion over the last three transfers and have only one win to show for it. Caicedo to me is not worth the money they paid for him. He seems lost on the pitch and lacks speed to track back.
I have an English Premier League Survivor App, (similar to the NFL Survivor App), and the punters sure haven't figured that out. Chelsea and Man U are huge in the number of people who continue to pick them, and huge in the number of people who get eliminated by picking them.

In golf + football news, Rickie Fowler, Jordan Spieth, and Justin Thomas are looking to be part of the 49ers Enterprises group that is taking over Leeds United. Strictly speaking, that's not "Premier League" news, since ... well, a lot of sucking has happened of late, but when Leeds come storming back up next year, there's some golf behind them.

I mean, we don't have a manager, or a director of football, or ... well, players who can score goals or prevent goals ... but we're one golfer shy of a pretty good foursome.

No surprise there. With City violating the Financial Fair Play (FFP) policy, it's hard for other teams to compete with them. Newcastle might put up a challenge the next couple years.

Pep is nuts about tactics, he is the GOAT of soccer tactics, but in the same time he never managed a resource restricted team, I wonder what would Klopp achieve if given the same financial backing Pep have at city or vise versa what would Pep achieve given the liverpool team with their business model.

The funny thing is his team is made of mostly players that has beaten his teams before.

KD and IG played against his Bayern Team
EM and BS at Monaco defeated City in UCL
Mahrez helped LC defeat City and win EPL
Kalvin Philips helped Leeds stand to City in 2 seasons

I also think he wants to be to city what Cruf is to Barca.

City dominated Real Madrid today by a score of 4-0 to move into final against Inter.

At the beginning of the season, I thought after years of winning, they would lack the motivation or desire to compete but Pep is a master.

Haaland has 3 hat tricks in a row at home. He also has 14 goals 8 matches into the season of 38 matches. Last season's highest scorers had 23 goals.

This weekend's fixtures are expected to be cancelled as part of the official mourning for the Queen. An announcement either way is expected in the morning (UK time). EFL has already started cancelling matches, and other sports are doing so as well.

When Leeds and Newcastle meet in May it will be the title decider. This thread will go bananas.
