  • Good win with Pascal still in a funk. Denver is too. It would be nice to see a run.

    • Last night’s victory over the Thunder was a joy to watch. The Raptors played with energy on both sides of the ball, and they played as a team. I was wrong when I wrote last week that they’re not fun to watch. Last night proved to me that they can play. Better, NN had lots of players involved. Eleven men played, nine of which played at least 10 minutes. Great stuff.
This isn't a dress rehearsal. Enjoy yourself. There's no do-over.

It was an entertaining game for sure, as you point out, when they play like that they are fun to watch. They're a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde team though. During the telecast they said how most of the teams in the West were under .500 on the road; I know they're in the East but the Raps would fit right in. A quick check of the standings shows with the exception of a few of the top teams few teams in the East are at .500 on the road. It's fascinating how much home court impacts a team's performance. Raps included.

        • Back to back games with a very strong 4th quarter to finish.

Always good to see Malachi on the floor. It means we've won..

          • Good win. Hopefully it continues. SGA is damn good. Really hope he plays this summer with Murray and a bunch more. I can't see them being worse than 4th in the world and maybe medalling.

            • I totally forgot about the Raps' game last night. Good to see they got another win, making it 3 in a row. Now they go on the road, hopefully they can get a few wins away from Scotiabank.

Me too - I was lucky to stumble on it just before it started.

Another slow sketchy start to the 3rd, but then they got things together and finished with another strong 4th.

                That works for me.

                • Tonight will be a good litmus test to see what the past 3 games really meant. Playing the best coming off a bad home loss.

Poeltl really has made a difference in the starting line-up and OG is a beast of late.

                  • What was that last night? Sure a plethora of bodies out but the effort on D was pitiful. OG out to lunch offensively as was Pascal until the 4th. I don't get it. We trot out Flynn out of desperation while they start Nembhard and he goes off. And Indy isn't even trying to make the playoffs from what I hear. Something has to give this summer. There is something wrong on this team. A few wins against weaker opposition isn't changing my mind.

                    • Pacers starting 5 had 3 Canadians in it, apparently fist time it’s happened.

                      • A good win last night, Even though Detroit is a bottom feeder, they have given the Raps' trouble in recent times.

Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic says basketball isn’t fun anymore.

Wonder what has changed in Dallas to make him think that?

                          • The injury list for both teams last night was long. I don't remember this years ago. Sure the pounding this sport takes on the body is significant, but you'd think that with the conditioning, equipment and support staff, they'd be available for more games. Load management is a term I despise but seems to be here to stay. Morgan Reilly?

Would overtraining make you more injury prone?
