Early prediction. Rory will win The Masters this year.

Although he missed the cut at The Players and has generally been in a slump in recent weeks, we should also remember what happened to Rory himself many years ago. He was in control of final round of the 2011 Masters heading to the 10th tee, but then he absolutely lost it on the back nine. He could do nothing right, and many doubted whether he had what it took to win a major. He was devastated by the loss.

However, only a couple of months later, Rory won the U.S. Open by eight strokes. So, he seems to be able to bounce back well in the face of adversity. I have to believe that Rory is especially motivated to win the final leg of his career Grand Slam.

I’d love to see Rory redeem himself for 2011.

I recall convincing my wife to watch the final round as this young Irish kid looks like he will get it done... ugh.
Still getting the hang of this game!

In the Ogio Atlas for riding or Ogio Vaporlite for carrying:

Ping G2 with HOT PINK Grafalloy Bimatrix

        Cleveland CG14 Gunmetal 52, 56
Bronze Ping Anser 3 with Tigershark grip

Hard to believe it was 10 years ago.

I really like Rory, but I don’t think he had the career he was capable of.

As far as I know there are no swimming pools at Augusta, so he might be ok.

Seriously, I would love to see Rory win the Masters.

                  2021 Masters Field

PGAtour.com and the Masters website showing different field for this event?
For example Daniel Berger shown on the Masters website but not in the pgatour.com field.
Maybe WWFS can comment on this?

They're still showing the field etc. for the November 2020 Masters.

I expect they will clean it up shortly after 5 PM ET when players must commit to play to Tour HQ

Will they have patrons next week at The Masters?

I kind of enjoyed last November's patron-free tournament where balls landed in areas that I have never seen before. Like behind the green on 15th.

The Sunday back 9 roar is over rated in my opinion.

Yes, but limited numbers. In addition, the following protocols are in place:

                              COVID testing

Badge holders must have proof of a negative PCR, molecular or anitgen COVID-19 test 72 hours before admittance onto the grounds. This is regardless of whether the patron has been vaccinated; antibody tests will not be accepted.

The results must be on paper, dated within 72 hours prior and the name on the results must match the badge holder's photo ID. Anyone who has tested positive within 10 days prior to attending will not be allowed entry.

Patrons are asked to stay home if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fatigue, muscle or body aches, headaches, congestion or runny nose, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or the new loss of taste or smell.

                              Mask requirements

Face coverings will be required of all patrons and must be worn at all times, unless actively eating or drinking. Cloth, N95, KN95 and surgical masks are permitted, while neck gaiters, bandannas, masks with ventilators and face shields without permitted covering underneath are not.

                              Social distancing

The standard six feet of social distancing will also be enforced. In addition, patrons are asked to wash their hands regularly. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the grounds.

I would think this is gonna keep those with resell market badges away.
