In blood tests we trust. This is Tiger's 3rd single-vehicle crash in 12 years that we know of. The first required a court order to suppress the blood tests. The second, the video evidence was overwhelming and the police did everything right.

From what I heard and read in the news, Tiger was late to an engagement at a golf course.

He was likely speeding...and the rest is history.

Yes, he looked like he was feeling 'no pain' in his chat w/Nantz on Sunday to an earlier post, can't help but think painkillers (again) led to this. Dry roads, how far he ventured off the road after hitting the guardrail, signs, etc. would lead to thinking asleep/impaired at the wheel...

Not sure where he heard this, my brother stated he was on the way to meet up with folks to film a TV slot of sorts, maybe he was late, led to excessive speed?

Who knows, so sad regardless, wondering what his kids are thinking, etc.

He didn't crash the second time - he was asleep at the wheel on the side of the road.

FWIW, I suspect that it was distracted driving, based solely on the (apparent) evidence that he did not attempt to brake.

Otherwise, if it had not happened early in the morning, I would suspect that he fell aspleep.

At 45 he’s likely looking at a long rehab just to get some semblance of living a normal life, never mind trying to play pro golf again. This might seal his career.
