Anyone else see the 2.5'er on 18 lip out? Cost him $290,000.

Yes can happen anywhere and bounces left and right can result in huge swings, but on 18 round 4 especially cruel

Another interesting one was Jordan Spieth making the cut. On his 18th (#9) Friday he was headed to the water, and a tough par at best. Instead hit a spectator and an eagle resulting in playing the weekend and some.$300,000 too.

Even worse was Taylor Montgomery's meltdown on 15-17.

That it happened in the 4th round was awful but as said we see this often over a few holes, though here it was egregious.

For a rookie who likely hasn't made a whole lot, that is especially painful.
