          Brad Faxon is considered near the top, Phil Kenyon is also mentioned at the higher level of the game. Brad was considered one of the best putters on the PGA tour, and has recently spent time w/Rors over the past year (Rory had one of his best putting years ever last year)...

          Gareth as mentioned by Lefty17 is also a great putting coach by many accounts.
