These stories are the best, the Tour is so full of the robot golfers it gets old so fast. I get why guys are so robotic, it's hard on tour. Non majors are hard to gain interest but I'll be rooting for Block this weekend!

I'm hardly surprised he's playing awful today. He's been omnipresent on damn near every sports media outlet this past week. His driver has been wonky and he's obviously not long enough to play from the rough.Whats in the bag

I kin df thought he would have a bad round. He has been riding his 15 minutes of fame (good for him) and likely not focusing on golf. We often see it at the highest level, a guy gets a big win then next week misses the cut. Let's remember he is a club pro, not a touring pro so he is in over his head basically.Comment

His 15 minutes may get shorter if he doesn't think of better answers for interviewers. He claimed that IF he had Rory's length, he'd be one of the best players in the world "hands down."

He caught lightning in a bottle in one tourney and now he's better than Rory if he had his length? I had a feeling this guy was off when he didn't take his hat off to shake Rory's or anyone's hand after the final round.
