Adidas golf shorts

I just bought some mint green shorts (from winners, not from there) and like a little colour in my golf attire. To each their own but I get bored of beige and white (besides it's the Trump golf outfit).

I once bought a bunch of gently worn shorts off a TGner and it included a pair of Pink Lulu's lol. I wore them to a Flamingo themed birthday party once then to the Goodwill box.

I bought 3 pairs which arrived in about a week. I really like them, good fit, nice light material. As someone mentioned, they probably won't last forever as they do feel a bit cheap but fortunately have about 30 other pairs of golf shorts. Great value IMO and nice easy transaction through the seller.

Description says stretch waist. Nope. I ordered just received 3 pack. I have no issues with the material others find too thin. I don't want thick material in the heat of the summer (should the heat ever appear this year🤷♂️).
however I am between waist 38 and 40. When buying adidas I get 38 especially if it's got a stretch waist.
These are just normal material. No stretch at the waist different than any typical shorts. When I've bought adidas they often have a stretch waist which gives another inch. My Callaway and some Nike do as well.

These don't match the description and I'm not sure what I'll do.
the other odd thing is that I got turquoise, beige, red.
Turquoise actually fits fine despite no extra stretch.
Red fits a noticeable amount snugger and a bit uncomfortable.
Beige is super snug even more tight. How there's 3 different levels of size makes no sense. Not consistent.

I wouldn't recommend myself. Some posted they are happy. Not me.

Just an update I tried to convince myself I'll keep a 3 pack of shorts that have a blue pair that fits and a red pair that's tighter than the blue and fits awkward and a beige pair that's almost a full size smaller.

I went thru their return portal only if something's not as described defective do you get a free return.
However it makes you upload pictures how and what do I take? Me in tight shorts bulge over waist? Lol ridiculous.
#2 it then says you'll pay 20 bucks or so return shipping despite what they said and further it says you'll lose extra money in my case losing about $45 bucks.
This is bizarre.
I paid $113.95
It says I'll get back $68.93?

a difference of $45.02.

Give me a break. I've never seen a more complicated, unnecessarily complicated and ridiculous return process.

Ps regardless how it gets resolved I'd never ever order from this website again.
